WhatsApp Communication

• When you contact us via WhatsApp, you will be redirected to WhatsApp and subject to Meta's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
• Standard message and data rates may apply from your carrier.
• You may stop WhatsApp communications at any time by closing the conversation.

Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, and materials on our website are owned by I.O Automation and protected by intellectual property laws.
• Clients retain ownership of their data and content provided to us.
• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services for their intended purpose.

Service Availability

• We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• Services may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

Limitation of Liability

• Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• I.O Automation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the past 12 months.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold I.O Automation harmless from any claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at our discretion.
• Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Israel.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
